About this course

Most of a rep's week is not selling. It is researching accounts, drafting outreach, writing up calls, and updating the CRM - the work around the work. AI for Sales targets exactly that layer: four workflow lessons that turn account research, outreach writing, call follow-up, and deal support into fast, repeatable routines, so more of the week goes to live conversations.

The second module maps the sales tool landscape: what the AI inside your CRM actually does well, how prospecting and enrichment platforms fit, what conversation intelligence adds, and where an AI teammate can take over whole routines. Everything is taught vendor-fairly, with worked examples that run in the tools you already have.

Every example uses realistic sales situations: a discovery call to write up, an objection to answer, a pipeline to clean, and the numbers are concrete - what each workflow gives back per month, visible to you and to your manager's dashboard.

Who it's for: Sales reps, account executives, SDRs and BDRs, account managers, and sales leaders. Assumes AI Foundations; no technical background needed.

Frequently asked questions

Will this make our outreach sound like AI spam?

The opposite is the goal. The outreach lesson is specifically about avoiding the robotic template smell: grounding drafts in real research about the prospect, keeping your own voice, and reviewing everything before it sends. AI does the research and the first draft; you do the judgment.

Does it cover our specific CRM?

The workflows are written to work with any CRM. The tool-landscape module covers the AI in the major platforms (Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI) plus prospecting and conversation-intelligence tools, taught as categories with fair comparisons rather than product manuals.

Is customer data safe to use with these workflows?

The course inherits the safety rules from AI Foundations: what never gets pasted into public tools, using work accounts, and checking your company's ground rules. Each workflow flags where prospect or customer data needs care.

How much time can a rep realistically save?

The lessons carry per-workflow estimates that sum to roughly 15 hours per person per month, with account research and outreach the biggest wins. Your own mileage depends on deal volume, and the estimates stay deliberately conservative.

Is there an exam or certificate?

Yes. Both modules end with an exam (70% to pass), and completion feeds the certificate and the training records your admin sees.
