About this course

Knowing how to prompt is not the same as saving time every week. Everyday AI Workflows closes that gap: each lesson takes one recurring task - the meeting that needs minutes, the inbox that needs triage, the contract nobody wants to read, the spreadsheet question that used to need a formula - and turns it into a repeatable recipe with AI doing the heavy lifting and you doing the judging.

Every workflow follows the same shape: see the old way and its cost in minutes, run the new way hands-on in the practice playground, and leave with a recipe card you can reuse on Monday. The course finishes by making the habit stick: a personal prompt library, a team playbook, and a clear-eyed look at which workflows deserve to be automated end-to-end.

This is the course where the ROI becomes visible: ten workflows, each worth real hours per month, learned in an afternoon each.

Who it's for: Every employee who has finished AI Foundations. Especially valuable for anyone whose week is shaped by meetings, email, documents, or reporting - which is to say, everyone.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the prompting module in AI Foundations?

Foundations teaches the skill of prompting; this course installs the habits. Each lesson is a complete, repeatable workflow for one recurring task, with the prompts, the checkpoints, and the recipe card - so the technique becomes something your team actually runs every week.

Do the workflows require specific tools?

No. Every recipe works in whichever chat assistant your company uses. Where a workflow benefits from a specific category of tool, the lesson says so and points to the relevant AI Toolbox lesson.

How much time do these workflows actually save?

Each lesson carries an estimated hours-saved-per-month figure, from 1.5 hours for tone rewriting up to 3 hours for meetings and email. Across the full course the recipes add up to roughly 20 hours per person per month, and your admin dashboard rolls the estimates up org-wide.

What does "hands-on" mean here?

Every lesson includes interactive practice: a built-in playground with realistic mock material (transcripts, contracts, spreadsheets) so you run the workflow before you try it on your own work, plus an AI tutor on the page for questions.

Is there an exam or certificate?

Yes. Each of the three modules ends with an exam (70% to pass), and completion feeds the certificate and your organisation's training records.
